Deck And Fence Build 

This job started out with a deck just big enough to fit under that roof over hang. Me and a few fellow contractors ended up building the deck across the entire stretch of the back of the house and then brought it out fourteen ft off the back of the house, with a lower deck cooking area with two sets of steps one coming down to the lower deck the other going from the lower deck into the back yard. When the deck was completed I installed solar deck lights to each railing posts. 

The fence was built to replace an old rotten fence that had been there for along time and was originally a six ft privacy fence. The new fence was a seven foot privacy fence built right up against a retaining wall so it was super solid and a little bit more private.
